nice stay just off bryant park
robot butler thoughtful extras
i stayed there for a short trip. the robot butler delivered a dessert i ordered , it was such a fun surprise. i really liked how the room had thoughtful extras , like hair ties and makeup mirrors.
i was a bit surprised that bottled water wasn't complimentary. when i called to request water , i was told it would cost $7.

the staff was very kind and responsive , i felt welcome. they even emailed me in advance to ask about any specific accommodation requests. everything i asked for was already in my room at check-in.

the location is excellent , right next to bryant park christmas fair, i could easily walk everywhere. it is great for quickly going out and then coming back to drop things off. grand central station is also just a short walk away.

breakfast was good , there were many options to choose from. i didn't have other meals at the hotel , but many other places are nearby. having coffee available in the room was very convenient.

The location was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room size was adequate. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options.
The street outside was not very clean. Roadwork was happening on the street. This caused some noise during the day. The room was quite dark, even during daylight hours.

totally awesome stay!
friendly staff skyline room perfect location
the staff was super friendly and helpful, like, they got us anything we asked for quick. our skyline room was bigger than we thought, it was sweet. the restaurant rocks too, we ate there a couple times it was so yummy! the location is perfect, everything is so close.
those entry doors are heavy and slam shut. it made it hard to sleep good. but other than that, the hotel is awesome!

the room had nice products and it was all really clean. the size with a king bed was cool, and it looked exactly like the pictures. they cleaned the room every day and changed towels.

the staff are very helpful and they are always smiling. we were offered umbrellas when it rained, awesome. there's even a robot that brings stuff to your room!

the gym is awesome, and i even got free passes to crunch fitness! the elevators work quick, that's a relief. there's a nespresso machine in the room too for good coffee.

the room was thoughtfully equipped with hair ties. i also found a makeup mirror. free slippers were available too. the staff was kind and helpful, emailing in advance about special accommodations.
the hotel did not provide complimentary bottled water in the room.

luma hotel, wow!
friendly staff clean rooms late checkout
the location is awesome, right by times square. all staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling. the rooms are clean, i love bigelow bath products. i got a late checkout to 1pm, then they held our bags til after the show!
the street had some works so the road outside wasn't so great. it made getting a taxi a little difficult.

the hotel gave complimentary passes to crunch fitness, it's an awesome facility just a few blocks away. elevators get you to every floor fast. lobby has a beautiful energy with a fun and lively bar.
